I never finish a salad, but today I cleaned my Caesar side salad plate. Greens were so fresh, croutons perfectly crunchy. We had a Marguerite Sicilian pizza. The crust was fluffy and yeasty and easy to bite through. Sauce was flavorful and light. Tiramisu was as light as a feather. Someone in the kitchen knows what they are doing!
